What counts as a placement?

A placement is counted when you hire a HELINA worker and they complete their first 30 days. If it doesn't work out in the first 30 days, you don't pay.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Creating your agency account and posting your first shift is completely free. We only earn when you successfully place a worker.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACH, wire transfer, and all major credit cards. Enterprise clients can also request monthly invoicing.
